Is postage included?Yes! All pricing includes postage and delivery.

What is the card stock/weight4x6 & 6x9 Postcards are 120# (14PT) gloss cover, UV coated and full bleed.

Do you use recycled paper?Our letters and postcards use recycled paper with between 10% and 100% PCW material.

What if I have a question... Is there a dedicated support department?You can contact our in-office support team from our 100% US-based team. We're available for support five days a week by email.

Is the handwriting real?Humans do not write our postcards. Think about all the carpel tunnel surgeries we are preventing! We do however utilize the next best thing...a hybrid font/AI system that starts with a handwritten font that is directly modeled off real handwriting. We took that a step further by altering the pen pressure, line angle, and glyphs.

What information do you need from me?After completing your purchase, you'll be asked for your recipients name and address, there's also an area to write a custom message. Next, enter your name and return address. Then hit send!

Do you ship to Canada/International?No. GreetingJoe currently offers shipping in the US only.

What is the delivery time estimate?When an order for postcards or letters is submitted, it will give you a one hour window to cancel before it's processed and printed. Orders after 10am Eastern will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends or after 10am Eastern Friday will not be printed until Monday morning. Postcards are sent USPS First Class. Typically this means the card will arrive at the recipient's address 5-8 days after it is dropped off to be mailed out.

Can I edit an order once it has been placed?Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. You will need to cancel the order before it's sent, and re-create it. You are never charged for anything that isn't sent. Please reach out to customer service for additional asssitance.
